This is a perfect cover for my pocket notebooks. As a couple of other people have mentioned, the Moleskine Pocket Cahiers are slightly larger than FieldNotes. I have put one Moleskine in each side and this works very well. I also added the vertical pen clip from the same shop which looks the business and keeps my pen handy. Highly recommended

The leather folio for my field notes is fantastic. Really nice leather, my field notes memo book slips in it nicely, and has nice clean stitching. The hand written note tucked into the folio was a nice touch. DHL is kind of a bad carrier, so the package arrive pretty torn up and water soaked. Fortunately the folio itself wasn’t damaged.
It's a lovely cover for the Field notes notebook. As it says it's minimalist and fits the notebook like a glove. The delivery was very quick and the packaging was immaculate. Thank you.

The notebook cover is of great quality. The leather is very smooth and supple and it smells nice too. It looks and feels even nicer if you use some leather balm. The cover fits like a glove and it does not add much size to your notebook. You may fit two notebooks in the cover depending on their size, but personally i would only use one.
The leather is a nice matte black and appears to be a fine Nubuck.

As others have said, this pocket notebook cover is well crafted from nice leather and all in all very lovely, and does exactly what I need it to do. I would make the following observation which is not a critical comment - I use Moleskine Cahier and it is slightly too small for them - this is because it fits Field Notes. So when you open the notebook the doesn’t slide easily and the notebook doesn’t lie flat. I cut a strip of around 0,5-1mm from the top edge of the notebook’s back cover and the notebook then slides in and out on opening easily.
