We ship handcrafted products from Germany to customers worldwide. Shipping costs vary by destination:
- Germany: Flat rate €3.90 under €35.00, free shipping over €35.00. Most orders ship next day.
- European Union: Flat rate €4.90 under €45.00, free shipping over €45.00. Most orders ship next day.
- International (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Japan, and select other countries): Flat rate €4.50 under €45.00, free shipping over €45.00. Most orders ship next day.
Special product shipping (Desk Mat): €10.00 flat rate to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden, with next-day shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
- Germany: 1-3 business days
- European Union: 4-8 business days
- International: 7-10 business days
